And now to make a journal to keep all my stitcheries together.

First UFO finished for 2012. A longstitch journal made at a workshop with my embroidery group - Tweed Valley Embroiderers' (a branch of the NSW Embroiderers' Guild).

Looking forward to starting TAST on Tuesday.

Cockatoo Christmas Tree

Woke up this morning to loud screeching and squawking as a flock of cockatoos had a wonderful time munching on a neighbour's tree. I have no idea what they were after but it was so quiet when they suddenly all flew off with a few circling flights a couple of last screeches and were gone.
